Firstly, let me apologise for the silence recently. I met someone very special a few months ago and it’s been a perfect whirlwind ever since, so much so that we both went to Dubai together this December. It was incredible. I couldn’t have dreamed to spend 5 nights anywhere more beautiful.

We stayed at the Fairmont hotel on the Dubai palm. The view from the balcony was breath taking, the skyline, the sea, the beach, and the pool – a fairy tale. We spent the early hours of our evenings watching the sunset with a glass of rose, we ate incredible food at amazing places, and we soaked up the glorious winter sun knowing we wouldn’t be getting any back in the UK!
