My day at London Fashion week was definitely one to remember. The atmosphere was great – everyone seemed friendly and all out for the same thing – because they loved fashion. The street style of course was nothing like you would see normally – or at least in Nottingham, a kind change from tracksuits and mundane clothing.

After going round the Rock Vault exhibition – I fell in love with some of the jewellery, primarily Tatty Devine’s dinosaur necklace, this is now on the wish list in black. I have never been one for jewellery more dressed and handbags, but it seems I am starting to want to invest in more.

The best collections were bright and bold – the clothing was of the higest quality and the creativity is endless. I noticed a fox trend emerging with various fox prints and accessories – this is one to watch for AW12/13. Overall a great day – my feet were actually in agony by the end of it, but hey, no pain no gain – right?
