Last year I decided to start investing in more expensive make-up, primarily to see if the quality and results were different and if they really were worth the money. On my hit list was a Chanel bronzer which same in a cute compact with a mirror and super soft brush.

The bronzer/blusher was a huge success. I apply the bronzer over foundation for a luminous bronzed look. The compact features different shades to perfectly compliment your skin colour, and you can mix them or use them separately for added effect. My original Chanel bronzer lasted me well over a year but a few days ago it all came to an abrupt end as I foolishly dropped it – blusher all over the floor extravaganza.

Despite the hefty price tag of £34, I knew I had to have another Chanel compact in my life. Not only is the product itself a work of art, the quality of the brush is fantastic and the bronzer lasts an age (providing you don’t drop it too much). Perfect for special occasions this is definitely a hand bag must have.
