The little black dress, a wardrobe staple right? Well at least I thought so, until I read about a LBD competition and it dawned on me that I only have one black dress in mine! Determined to enter the competition started by fashion blogger Gemma Cartwright, and with my bank balance in tatters, I took to the only place I knew I could get a label like All Saints for under £30… eBay of course.

This little black dress from All Saints (probably costing over £100 originally) cost me the modest sum of £30, including delivery! The quality of the dress is fabulous, and it looks almost like leather with its wax finish swoon. I teamed it with a drip-spike Topshop necklace (£6.50 in the sale), some black New Look heals (£19.99) and my new Zara studded bag (£19.99).
